提高祁东选煤厂细粒煤回收的研究

Research on improving the recovery ratio of fine coal in Qidong coal preparation plant

摘要: 本文通过原煤性质分析,为祁东选煤厂对九层煤的合理洗选提供了可靠的依据。数据表明九层煤属于1/3焦煤偏肥煤,是稀缺煤种,具有易碎,粉煤量大,难选,易泥化的性质。通过对选煤厂工艺流程进行分析,在保证现有工艺不进行大改造的前提下,建议增加细粒煤浮选工艺和浮选尾煤压滤回收工艺。到2014年末,祁东煤矿年产原煤达到240万t。通过比较,改造后增加收入27100.8万元。

Abstract: For providing reliable foundation with the nine coal ascending mining, raw coal properties were analyzed, in the Qidong coal preparation plant. This article shows that the nine coal ascending mining is 1/3 coking coal, which is a scarce coal. And it is fragile, difficult to choose, prone to mud. The technological process in coal preparation plant was analyzed, the author suggested that the increase in coal flotation process and flotation tail coal pressure filtration recovery processes, on the premise of no major renovation. Qidong well annual output of raw coal reached 2.4 million tons at the end of 2014.Coal preparation plant increased the income of 271.008 million yuan, after reforming technique.
